This new kid on the block, created by the award-winning Jay Khan, serves up savoury cocktails that are unlike anything you've ever tasted. Expect to find unusual ingredients like fish sauce, MSG, and biryani masala in your drink, but don't worry, each cocktail hits the ideal umami note and builds on the complexity and flavour for a long, satisfying finish.

Wine lovers, Terroirs by LQV is the place to be! This wine bar boasts an extensive menu featuring over 2,000 wine labels, all of which are priced just a smidge above retail. Savour a fine vintage across their two terraces or indoor dining sections, and don't forget to try their well-curated cheese board. All the cheeses are flown in weekly from France, making it an authentic French experience.
If you're into sustainability, Penicillin is the bar for you. This closed-loop bar, located on Hollywood Road, takes pride in its sustainable ethos, and every component of the ingredients is used across the bar and kitchen. Even the tables are upcycled tree trunks that had fallen during Typhoon Mangkhut! Their homemade chips, made with leftover vegetables from their experimental cocktails, are a must-try.

AQUA, Hong Kong, located in Tsim Sha Tsui, offers an incredible view of Hong Kong's skyline. The terrace bar boasts a meticulously crafted cocktail menu and one of the best wine basements in the city. The food menu features delicious Italian and Japanese dishes, perfect for pairing with your drink of choice.
Lastly, The Diplomat, an American tavern hidden in the alleyways of Central, is a cocktail-driven bar that keeps you coming back for more. Their take on classic cocktails, like their English Milk Punch, is simply superlative.
