Food, that will lift your mood and make your journey worth remembering. In the survey of 100 of the world’s busiest airports, Atlanta is the number one among them. The company analyzed data from passenger restaurant reviews, airport restaurant listings, average dish prices, differing cuisine options, and social media posts to determine which airports offer the best dining experience.

Moreover, Flughafen Zuerich in Switzerland is the world’s best airport for vegans and vegetarians, with 36 different eateries while the USA’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta is home to 36 different gluten-free restaurant options. Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Vietnam is the most pocket-friendly airport, with the lowest and average food price comparatively, Kansai International Airport in Japan is the world’s most expensive airport.


Let’s dive into the pool of finding the best restaurants in the airport:

It held the position of the world’s busiest passenger airport from 1963 to 1998, so it’s no surprise that it has needed to provide a decent food service for travellers. There are 130 eateries to choose from.

Despite being significantly smaller than Tokyo’s main airport, Narita ranks higher on this list than Haneda. The average rating of eateries is above any other airport in the top 10, and the average dish price is.
